The party had to borrow money to spend on the recent election campaign. Despite the major setback from these elections, there is renewed determination out there amongst many members.
In politics there is no time to stand still and we must urgently regroup and rebuild so that we can secure the seats of our sitting TDs and grow our representation in the next Dail.
Other parties are on a general election footing and have already begun to contact their supporters in business and the trade unions. We do not have those options. We do not accept corporate donations and we want to maintain that policy.
No matter how large or small the contribution, every euro will make a difference. Please consider setting up a standing order or making a donation to the Party, to help us get more Greens elected.
