My vision for South County Dublin is for a live-able and vibrant community with good public transport and cycling infrastructure, affordable housing and childcare, and green public spaces for all to enjoy.
What I stand for
I stand for a greener, more sustainable and inclusive society that celebrates diversity and protects the environment and local heritage while improving local services and amenities. I believe in supporting and empowering local groups to build thriving communities and to become involved in the decisions that affect their lives.
- A greener, more environmentally-friendly and low-carbon South County Dublin.
- High-quality affordable and social housing.
- Sustainable, live-able cities built with communities in mind.
- Safe and effective public and active transport, with better cycling and pedestrian infrastructure .
I have lived in Knocklyon and surrounding areas from a young age and attended St Patrick’s national school and Sancta Maria College.
My professional background is in communications and public relations, and I previously worked in foreign affairs for over seven years in Berlin.
I have been an active member of the Green Party since joining in 2017 and currently sit on the Party’s National Executive Committee. In my spare time I have volunteered with a number of international aid and mental health charities, including Aware.
In February 2020, I was honoured to become the Green Party representative for Firhouse-Bohernabreena.
